Ours are filled with popcorn bagged the day they ship, because everything here is popped in small batches on-site anyway. The person who opens your tin on the 24th is eating popcorn that was in a kettle days earlier, not months.

November and December are the busiest stretch of our year, and the calendar fills. A single tin is usually quick; a stack of tins for a client list needs about a week's notice, and more in December — by early December we may be booked.
